Ingredients:

  • 4 oz green tomatillos, husked and rinsed

  • 5 oz ripe avocado (about 1 medium)

  • 1 oz serrano pepper (adjust to taste)

  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro

  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 3½ oz water

  • ½ tsp ancestral spring salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the tomatillos, avocado, serrano chiles, cilantro, lime juice, water, and salt in a blender.
