Shipping and Returns
U.S. SHIPPING
We partner with FedEx as our primary shipping carrier. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight,
dimensions, and destination of your order. Thanks to our preferred rates with FedEx, we’re able to pass along those savings directly to you.
All U.S. orders over $70 qualify for free shipping. We strive to process and ship every order within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for most addresses within the continental U.S.
RETURNS
Because our product is a consumable food item (salt), we’re unable to accept returns after the order has
been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund to
your original payment method. Please provide photos of the damage so we can file an insurance claim. All
issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
REFUNDS
Refunds are available only for orders cancelled before shipping or for items that arrive damaged. Once
shipped, we are unable to offer refunds unless the package is compromised during transit. If your
cancellation request is received before the order ships, a full refund will be issued to your original payment
method.
